Bellapierre Lip Balm hydrating Vitamin - E Vanilla lip balm can be mixed with any of the Bellapierre shimmer powders to create a unique coloured lipstick or use it by its self as a hydrating clear Lip balm.

How to Use
Using a cotton bud place the bud into the balm and scoop out a small amount of product and put it on the back of your hand to use as a pallet. Place the opposite end of the cotton bud into your favorite bellapierre shimmer powder and add it to the balm on your hand. Apply to your lips. Use more color or lip balm as needed. Enjoy the delicious vanilla fragrance!
