Shipping policy

Orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched the day of order. Orders after 2pm will be dispatched the following day.

Free Delivery (UK) – On all Orders over £30

Free delivery is shipped via Royal Mail 2nd Class, orders over £100 will be shipped via Royal Mail Signed For Delivery. Orders weighing over 1.5Kg will be shipped using either DHL or DPD Next Day Delivery.

Free Next Day (UK) 24h Tracked – On all Order over £50

Free Next Day delivery is on offer between Sunday 19th December until Wednesday 22nd December 2021 on all orders over £49.99. This service is through Royal Mail Tracked 24 hours. Delivery before Christmas Day (25th December 2021) is NOT Guaranteed as there still maybe delays in Royal Mails Service.

Standard Delivery – £2.99

Please allow 2 – 3 working days for standard delivery by Royal Mail. This may be longer if orders are made at the weekend and no deliveries will take place on Sundays, Bank Holidays or Public Holidays. If you are not in your parcel will be due for collection from your local Royal Mail collection point. On occasion delivery may take longer and any delays will be reported to Royal Mail especially with the current Covid19 Pandemic.

Royal Mail 1st Class – £3.99

Royal Mail Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm – £7.50

Royal Mails guaranteed delivery for Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm the next working day has been adjusted due to the Covid19 Pandemic and will now be by 4.00pm the next working day. This may be longer if orders are made at the weekend and no deliveries will take place on Sundays, Bank Holidays or Public Holidays. If you are not in your parcel will be due for collection from your local Royal Mail collection point. On occasion delivery may take longer and any delays will be reported to Royal Mail especially with the current Covid19 Pandemic

International Standard Delivery (Europe)- £3.99 (Currently Suspended)

Message from Royal Mail:

International delivery update – Temporary suspension of some international services due to Coronavirus transport impacts

• This is a fast-moving situation and we are monitoring things on an hourly basis. We are working to keep as many international mail services running as possible given the current restrictions around air, road, ferry and train movements from the UK.
• Royal Mail has temporarily suspended all mail services to Europe, with the exception of the Republic of Ireland.
• We are keeping the situation under close and constant review.
• Customers should check our website for regular updates.

Items that are already in the system will be processed as normal and made ready for dispatch. These items will be held securely until we are able to get them to their relevant destinations.

Standard International shipping by Royal Mail has an average delivery time of 3 – 5 days. However, local public holidays and customs agents may cause delays of up to 21 days during transit. Transit may be longer if orders are made at the weekend and no deliveries will be made on a Sunday.

 nb. An alternative courier may be used to prevent delays in shipping and to ensure an appropriate service. Any service provided with an alternative courier will provide an equal to or better than service than the one purchased. For example, if Royal Mail 1st class service is purchased, an alternative service would DPD Next Day Delivery which would include tracking or Yodel 24h service with tracking as a better service.
