Made with sustainable ingredients like organic, fair trade Shea Butter and Coconut oil. Shea Butter and Vitamin E moisturise the skin whilst magnesium and coconut oil help deodorise.
WHAT IS THE MICROBIOME?
Guess what? You have trillions of bacteria in your armpits and they’re not all bad. In fact, even though some might be smelly they’re just doing their job. The collection of bacteria that lives on your skin (and under your arms) is called the skin microbiome and it protects you from external invasion, which could cause infections. When it comes to armpits and underarm odour, there are certain bacteria that smell absolutely fine and others that cling to sweat and cause body odour. (1)(2)
HOW DOES OUR FORMULA WORK?
Awake Organics unique probiotic deodorant is designed to work with your skin’s own microbiome and support your good smelling bacteria. It contains both Oligosaccharides from Arrowroot (prebiotic food for your good bacteria) and fermented Lactobacilli ferment (non-live, vegan probiotics). Together these ingredients create the right pH for your good bacteria, leaving you smelling fresh all day. (3)
This natural deodorant contains rich Shea Butter, Magnesium, Coconut (4) and Vitamin E oils. The spreadable balm-to-powder consistency creates a thin barrier on your skin, which also prevents odour.

(*Certified Organic, ++Fairtrade, ^Food Grade) Graininess may occur due to the raw shea butter used in the formula. Any small grains will melt on contact with your skin.

How to Use
Apply a thin, even layer to clean underarms, making sure to cover the entire area. Allow to absorb 1-2 minutes prior to dressing. Do not apply on broken or irritated skin.

The 100% natural and certified cruelty free range is carefully and cleverly formulated with organic and sustainable ingredients. Every one of the ingredients used must fit in at least one of these five criteria: Soil Association Certified Organic, Fair-trade, Wild-crafted, Food Grade or Local (small producer without certification but grows using organic farming methods), or Biodegradable.
All the products are free from parabens, SLS, aluminium and petro-chemicals. Awake Organics have a small supply chain and source 89% of their ingredients and packaging from UK suppliers, which helps to keep money in the local economy. They are passionate about using materials that leave little impact to the environment. The products are packaged in recyclable glass, aluminium and card. The card packaging is made seven miles from their studio, using recycled FSC materials and is printed with biodegradable vegetable inks. Awake Organics unique formulations lend themselves to less conventional but more eco-friendly packaging in the industry. Where plastic is required for dispensing thick or liquid products via a pump or dropper, there are plastic free refills, which enables customers to choose and re-use.
